By signing this form you become a member of the association De Vrije Student. In accordance with the statutory and internal regulations, you will be placed in one of the networks, namely the Amsterdam, Utrecht, Groningen network or the outside network if you do not study at institutions as stated in the form. By submitting the form, you commit to the contribution determined by the ALV. This contribution amounts to 10 euros per calendar year for members of the Amsterdam network, the Utrecht network & the outside network and 5 euros per calendar year for members of the Groningen network. By submitting the form, you authorize De Vrije Student to store your data and to contact you. Please contact us within 2 weeks if you do not want to commit to these conditions and have sent the form by mistake.
